What is the return policy?​

Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Must be returned in new condition with tags attached, and shipping fees are not included. Please e-mail sayyestoguest@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Why order from your website instead of thrift stores or other sites like Facebook marketplace?

​On my website, you can search for a variety of dresses in one place, rather than having to go to multiple thrift shops or scour Facebook for months to find a dress you like. I also guarantee quality, and post any tears or imperfections in the dress on the site.

The offer for my item is lower than expected. Why?

On average, people will pay about 30% of retail price for a pre-owned item, even if gently used! When providing an offer, I factor in time to post, share, clean and ship your item.
